One of my many tasks was to design vehicle health alerts. The tricky thing here was making the most of screen real-estate whilst not hiding important information which could in some cases be critical for vehicle health.

I've worked on too many flows to count but here's one I pulled together of the FordPassPro log-in / reg journeys. What's so good about them is that they quickly get all the stakeholders on the same page. For more complex flows, please look at my EE and Rolls-Royce work.

I've worked on too many flows to count but here's one I made for FordPass Pro log-in / reg journeys. Flows get all the stakeholders on the same page. This is quite a tame flow, I prefer when it crosses multiple systems and channels, like many of the ones I did with EE and Rolls-Royce.
When I wasn't designing the app, I was either on FordPass or with the wider connectivity teams designing experiences for web to help market the product. Below is a landing page wireframe for the launch of the app to sit on Ford.co.uk. It was important (and quite restrictive) that each module was in our design system. I became a crucial link in this partnership between teams as they hadn't yet been involved in Pro (Because it was kept deliberately confidential before launch).
